Updating your Delivery Options
We understand that it's not always possible to be home at the time your order will be delivered. If you are home then you'll be greeted at your door by the friendly courier or Australia Post driver. If you're not home, here is what happens...
Unless you've selected "Signature Required" at the checkout, all orders dispatched from Artist Guitars will be left in a safe place outside your house if possible. If there is no Safe place to leave the package, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to order a redelivery.
If your Order has been dispatched but you realised you won't be home, or you've entered the wrong shipping address, you can easily change it by online through our Courier partners.
Update your Australia Post delivery options:
- Send or return parcels with our 24/7 Parcel Locker.
- Have your deliveries sent to a Post Office at a location that suits you.
- Redeliver to an alternate address.
Update your Couriers Please delivery options:
- Delivery to neighbour (within 3 houses in either direction).
- Delivery to a Couriers Please Parcel Locker or POPShop.
- Request delivery to a different address.
Note: Changes can only be made within 3 days of dispatch from our warehouse.
