Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates

Things have been a little unpredictable this year, so our couriers have given us some suggested guidelines for you to get your Christmas deliveries on time! Please place your order before 2 pm on the cut-off date. Our Sydney warehouse will be open on the 23rd and 24th of December for warehouse pickups.

Parcel Post – Saturday 12 December 2020
Express Post – Saturday 19 December 2020

** Pickups are still available on Saturday December 21st and Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th from our Sydney Warehouse.

** Last Delivery will be on December 24th Morning and the Next will be December 27th.

Conditions

  1. You must place your order by 2pm on the cut off date to your postcode.
  2. The product must be In Stock (not on Preorder) at the time you purchase.
  3. You must provide a street address (sorry no PO Boxes).
  4. Someone must be home when the item is attempted delivery (a work address is often convenient).
  5. You must return the goods to receive the 120% refund - we pay for the return.
