Product Description

Rotosound JK11 Jumbo King Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings 11-52

The Rotosound JK11 are high quality strings that will give players added playability and long string life. Made with 92/8 bronze alloy to give you superb clarity, sustain, and warmth in your tone.

In addition to the phospher-bronze round wounds, Rotosound also make guitar strings in the piano string design, with the wrap wire stopping short of the ball end so that a section of the core wire is exposed. This means only the core wire comes into contact with the saddle, not the winding, providing the ultimate in tonal transfer.

Second time purchase, great strings. Sound good feel good. Can almost sit back and listen to them play themselves.

Just received my 2cnd set of these strings. Was using the coated strings for long life and they are good where you want the strings to last on a guitar you do not play much. However I found they are the opposite when you start playing that guitar a lot. I assume this is because the coating, which gives them their long life when not played much, wears off quickly. The thing I like most about these strings is their stability in tuning. Have since tried them on my 12 string and vouch for them there too. Pity this site does not stock the 12 string version. [BIG HINT THERE GUYS!] Will next try Rotosound flat wounds on my Jazz Bass. I recommend these strings when hours of playing time is more important than time strings stay on the guitar. IE: Good high usage strings. Oh and they sound good too.
