Artist HL6 White Headless Electric Guitar & Bag

The latest in our range of headless electric guitars, the HL6 is a meticulously designed, ergonomic headless guitar that's sure to turn heads and ears alike! Ideal for intermediate players who thrive in rock, metal, and progressive genres, this guitar delivers the kind of playability and craftsmanship that enhances both technical skill and expression. Its sleek body contour ensures comfort during long sessions, while its headless design eliminates unnecessary weight, making it ideal for players who want better balance and ease of movement.

Featuring an eye-catching gloss white finish on a basswood-capped poplar body, it also sports a classic roasted maple bolt-on neck with a soft V-shape, and a 13.75-inch fretboard radius, making for a lightning-quick profile for those fast, sweeping runs. Due to the unique qualities of each piece of wood, the level of roast on each neck can vary.

The neck also has a 42mm plastic nut and a dual-action truss rod, with top-end nut access for easy adjustability. The dual humbucking pickups and three-way switch offer amazing tonal versatility, particularly in the heavier genres these guitars are known for. The guitar comes with D'Addario EXL110 strings, known for their bright tone and consistent performance, so you’re ready to hit the ground running as soon as you take it out of the bag.

Fantastic Value

I bought this guitar as i need something more ergonomic than a traditional shaped guitar. I have a bunch of injuries and find traditional guitars uncomfortable for seated playing. I didn't want to spend huge amounts of money, just in case it did not solve my issues. I'm so glad i went with the HL6, i can’t see how any other guitar would make me any happier. The headless design makes it so much more comfortable. I put the guitar on my left leg with a strap and all my discomfort is gone. The quality for the price is outstanding. The guitar did need to have the intonation set out of the box but this was easy enough and it intonates perfectly all the way up to the 24th fret. There are no dead frets and I’ve been able to adjust the action very low and it plays great. The tone is great from the stock pickups but this is obviously personal preference. They'd be easy enough to swap out if required. The only small downside i can find is the tuners can be a bit stiff but they are perfectly fine for the price. Also, I’d prefer taller frets but that is just personal preference. This has quickly become my go to guitar and the value is outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back to artist guitars in the future.

Amazing guitar, amazing value

Alrighty, so my wife gifted me this guitar as a surprise for my birthday (best wife ever), and this has got to be one of the most comfortable and smoothest guitars I've ever played. Out of the box it looked stunning, a real eye catcher. It's super light weight and has a great balance (no neck dive) either standing or sitting down. After a couple of hours making adjustments, and a fresh set of strings, it was ready. Intonation was difficult to set as you have to remove the strings entirely to adjust the bridge pieces, then tune it up again. But once it was set it was perfect. The action is quite low and very easy to adjust. The truss rod is super easy to access as well. As my first headless guitar, this is EXTREMELY comfortable to play. The neck is super smooth and very easy to run up and down the fretboard. The bridge is quite comfy for palm muting and doesn't suck any low end at all. The pickups don't have quite as much bite as I'd normally like, but they are still very responsive and handle high gain tones quite comfortably. Also, it stays in tune forever thanks to having no breaking angles. Overall, this is an amazing guitar. If you're looking to get into headless guitars and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a Strandberg or Kiesel, then this perfect for you. Also, it comes with a padded bag, which is super handy

This is my first headless guitar, and it is so much fun. So light, very comfortable to play. One of the better guitars straight out of the box I've bought in awhile. This is gonna be in heavy rotation for awhile i think.
