The Joyo Multifunction Wah is a 2-in-1 Wah and Volume pedal and features a Q Control to control the pedal's centre frequency. The pedal is really easy to use. You can simply press the toe side down to activate the pedal and get crybaby like tone.
It features two switchable modes to choose whether you want a regular bypass signal when the wah is off or if you want the pedal to act as a volume pedal. It also has a volume slider to control how much volume cut you want in volume mode.
The pedal features RM shielding and a green LED when it is active. Due to its metal housing, this small wah feels solid and stays in place. With a dimension of 16cm x 6cm you can expect this pedal to be a space saver and should not take up much space on any pedalboard.
This pedal uses a standard 9V center-negative pin power supply. A high-quality power supply with a good filter will reduce noise when using this pedal.

Joyo Wah II Multifunction Wah/Volume Pedal w/ Q Co
By: Hubert Tomas on 10 August 2024This pedal is packed with tone and great features. Being true bypass very nice .I can turn it off but keep it in the pedal chain like it's not even there. The tone shaping features of the wah mode are really incredible giving me the ability to dial in exactly how I want it .The volume pedal is also a great for doing swells overall great pedal.

Nah Wah
By: Renato Rispoli on 25 June 2024An inexpensive pedal that unfortunately comes op short in performance. Modulation frequencies are not consistent and generally a bit clunky overall.

Impressive and Compact
By: Ben on 8 March 2024This is a great pedal. Sounds awesome as a Wah and works well as a volume pedal. It saved space on my pedalboard as its nice and compact. Plus , being a two in one unit it also saved another spot on my board. The sweep control is also good and helps you get some cool cocked wah sounds. Did i mention the price ? its a steal for $100.

Joyo Wah II Multifunction Wah/Volume Pedal with Q
By: Mark Kidd on 22 December 2023Compact, easy to understand unit. Well suited to my needs and crisp.
Big wah, small footprint.
By: Dan J on 1 December 2023Don't let the size of this thing worry you, it's capable of all those big wah sounds no problem. I actually bought this for my daughters first pedal board for Christmas but had to sneak a turn. First thing you notice is how solid the construction is. It's got a good amount of weight to it and the Rocking function has a nice positive feel to it. My favourite part is actually how small the footprint is! It takes up very little room on your board but still offers plenty of wah for all your fave Kirk Hammett solos

5 star wah!
By: Russell Bennett on 4 September 2023This pedal is worth every dollar I paid for it. The wah setting can be varied so you can have a short or long sweep. You can also use it just as a volume pedal alone and adjust how much volume you want to decrease. I didn't have much room on my board left so this is a nice size as well. It's also red so what's not to like.

Joyo Wah/Volume pedal
By: Ed Clayton-Jones on 17 April 2023Impossibly good for the price. I’ve used a Vox wah for decades and it’s put in the shade by this excellent unit. It’s tiny but not ridiculous, it takes up about the same amount of space as your overdrive. Switches easily to volume pedal mode. Its Q control function makes this easily the best wah wah I’ve used. You must buy this Wah.

Joyo Wah II Multifunction Wah/Volume Pedal Vs Mor
By: Gus Mileto on 13 September 2022I play rock / blues and owned a Morley all in one Distortion/Wah/Volume pedal for years. I never liked the distortion so just used Volume to make changing guitars less noisy on stage coz (no gradual volume sweep that was useable) and the Wah sparingly because the tonal curve was always too extreme for my liking. Anyway the Morley let me down with a dry solder or something and thought why not try something more compact and the online reviews of the Joyo were good...so why not try! Well I'm happy with this little red rocket and finding I'm using Wah in more songs coz I can adjust the tone. The volume is smart as I can set minimum or zero volume. In summary, very happy... and does someone want a Morley boat anchor?

Great versatile wah
By: Yuri on 23 July 2022Great pedal. For a wah / volume pedal it has much more versatility than most. I love that you can set the minimum volume when using it as a volume pedal. Lots of variation on the wah parameters. I'm not crazy about it's small size as a full size pedal just feels better, but it does have the benefit of being more compact and taking less room on a pedal board, and it's not hard to get used to it's feel. I'm very happy with it.

Great wah/volume pedal
By: Rob on 31 May 2022Sensational pedal, ridiculously cheap and works well. Very light and easy to place on your pedal board. Replaced my Jim Dunlop and offers a variety of adjustable wah tones and volume. Doesn't get much better! Get one

Beginner's joy
By: Cameron Berkman on 21 October 2021I've never had a Wah pedal before and am slowly growing from an accoustic guitarist into one who can occasionally handle the lead. I've been envious of the crazy vowel sounds that the top guitarists can get out of their rigs. This unit arrived in record time - the demo video was awesome in helping me understand its features and how to use it - setup was a breeze - quality feels amazing. I love the bright green LEDs on either side so you can easily see if the effect is on or not, even if you can't see the LED itself (it casts a glow on either side of the pedal). I also love the "multi mode" settings that help you moderate the effect through six different ranges and frequency bands - sometimes you might just want a touch of wah, othertimes you want to drown them in it. Love that it can also act as a volume pedal when not used as a Wah - heaps of versatility. Within 5 mins I had recorded the ultimate 70's wah wah track, exploring all the different ways to use it - there are also some great tips and tricks videos on youtube to help you explore all its possibilities. I'm in love - it's awesome - don't hesitate - thank you Artist and Joyo!

Joyo Wah II
By: Fito on 14 September 2021Having owned a Dunlop Cry Baby before, I was expecting to receive a monster of a pedal, so I was surprised by how small it is. Not a bad thing, as it fits comfortably on my pedalboard. Most importantly, it sounds absolutely great, and the flexibility of being able to use as a volume pedal is great too. It's a super nice pedal at an incredibly good price. Recommended.

Super Option when Small is Best
By: Anonymous on 20 August 2021Really great little pedal and easily so for the price. Had a few wahs over the years and this diminutive little respecter of real estate availability will get the job done. I was a little surprised not to see any grease on the cog but not sure if that's a thing or not on these - I will look into that I guess. I see some complaints about the switching being stiff but I have personally not found a problem there as it comes, out of the box. If it is an issue I noticed it's not the actual switch that is stiff but rather the rubber cushioning the up / down motion when you need to switch with the treadle plate. Looking at it you could easily insert something to engage the action before so much rubber cushioning came into play. Fine for me anyway, as I said.

Works a treat
By: Ben on 4 May 2020Ive not used a wah pedal before and I'm a fairly inexperienced guitarist so my review may not hold much sway. However, i love this pedal. Its fun to use, seems to be built quite solidly and produces the sort of sounds i expected.. Have enjoyed trying to plat Cream and Hendrix
Amazing pedal for the price
By: Brian on 5 March 2020Better Wah sounds than my (admittedly very old) Jim Dunlop with the flexibility of a volume function as well - great value all round
Joyo Wah Pedal
By: John Dowdall on 28 February 2020Sounds pretty good. Takes a while to get used to (size, frequency range) but is easy to operate. Both Wah and Volume functions work well. Excellent quality and value. Super fast shipping.
Absolute JOYO
By: Stuart on 31 July 2019Bloody outstanding pedal !!! Spent WAY TOO MUCH on a certain well known brand product that for my mind, is inferior to this! Only fault is the switch from wha to volume does not allow for a right angle plug
Joyo wah 2
By: Mal on 28 June 2019My first wah purchased as always just borrowed friends of various quality and brands for short periods of time. It's my 6th Joyo pedal and am sold on the brand so far. This pedal is no exception. No crackles or pops in use and responsive all the same. Good heavy construction and I honestly expected it to be bigger in size but greatly surprised how neat and compact it is. The Q control is basically 6 settings that slightly adjust the parameters and works well to give you variable options. Totally happy with it and again with Joyo they simply do what it will say it does. Cheers

What is a cookie
We use cookies and URL information to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the information for which you searched and which you viewed on the Website. “Cookies” are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a web site. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Website. Persistent Cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies may enable automatic logins when you visit in the future and may enable content customisation.
Some cookies are necessary to allow you to browse our Website, use its features, and access secure areas. The use of these cookies is essential for our Website to work.
We also use functional cookies to remember choices you’ve made or information you’ve provided, such as your username, language, or the region you are in. This allows us to tailor your website experience specifically to your preferences. For example, authentication cookies are functional cookies that are used for the duration of a session (or persistent, if you agree to the “remember me” function) to allow users to authenticate themselves on subsequent visits or to gain access to authorized content across pages. The functional cookies we use include:
• User-centric security cookies to detect authentication abuses for a limited persistent duration, like repeated failed login attempts. These cookies are set for the specific task of increasing the security of our Website.
• Multimedia content player session cookies (flash cookies) are used for the duration of a session to store technical data needed to play back video or audio content (e.g. image quality, network link speed, and buffering parameters).
• Load balancing session cookies are used for the duration of the session to identify the same server in the pool in order for the load balancer to redirect user requests appropriately.
• User interface customisation persistent cookies are used to store a user’s preference regarding a service across web pages.
We use many tools to help us improve our Website. To this end, we use reporting and analytics cookies to collect information about how you use our Website and how often. These cookies only gather information for statistical purposes and only use pseudonymous cookie identifiers that do not directly identify you. The performance cookies we use include:
• First party analytics cookies - we use these cookies to estimate the number of unique visitors, to improve our Website and to detect the most searched for words in search engines that lead to our Website. We use these cookies to learn how our Website is performing and make relevant improvements to improve your browsing experience.
• Third party analytics cookies - we also use Google Analytics and other third-party analytics providers listed below to help measure how users interact with our Website content. These cookies “remember” what our users have done on previous pages and how they’ve interacted with our Website. For more information on Google Analytics, visit Google’s information page. For instructions on how opt out of Google Analytics, see below.
Advertising cookies are used on our Website to tailor marketing to you and your interests and provide you with a more personalized service in the future. These cookies remember that you visited our Website and we may share this information with third-parties, such as advertisers. Although these cookies can track your device’s visits to our Website and other sites, they typically cannot personally identify you. Without these cookies, the advertisements that you see may be less relevant and interesting to you. Read more about how companies use cookies to conduct targeted or retargeted advertising here.
Social and Content cookies are placed by many social media plugins (for example the Facebook ’like’ button), and other tools meant to provide or improve the content on a website (for example services that allow the playing of video files, or that create comments sections). We integrate these modules into our Website to improve the experience of browsing and interacting with our Website. Please note that some of these third party services place cookies that are also used for things like behavioural advertising, analytics, and/or market research.
We also use third party vendor re-marketing tracking cookies, including:
• the Google Adwords tracking cookie;
• the Facebook Pixel; and
• SmartrMail tracking cookie.
You can opt out of Google's use of cookies or device identifiers by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, you may visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or control the use of device identifiers by using your device’s settings.
Third parties, including Google may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from the Service and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. You can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting using aboutads.info/choices
Many of the third party advertising and other tracking services listed above offer you the opportunity to opt out of their tracking systems. You can read more about the information they collect and how to opt out through the privacy policy links listed above.
To opt out of these communications please visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt out page.
How long will cookies remain on my computer or mobile device?
The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device.
How do I control cookies?
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our Website may no longer be fully accessible.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org.
Many of the third party advertising and other tracking services listed above offer you the opportunity to opt out of their tracking systems. You can read more about the information they collect and how to opt out through the privacy policy links listed above.
